Bramalea City Centre Atrium Window Cleaning Project

Bramalea City Centre is one of the largest and busiest shopping destinations in the Greater Toronto Area, featuring expansive atrium glass, high interior skylights, and large multi-storey window systems that require specialised access and planning to maintain safely and effectively.

SKYPOLE Window Cleaning was contracted to complete detailed interior commercial window cleaning throughout key atrium and entrance areas of the shopping centre located at 25 Peel Centre Drive in Brampton, Ontario. The scope of work included high-reach interior glass cleaning, skylight detailing, upper atrium windows, and lobby glass restoration using boom lift access equipment and traditional squeegee methods.

Due to the height of the glass and the complexity of the interior architecture, the project required careful coordination around pedestrian traffic, tenant operations, and public safety. Our team utilised elevated lift equipment and professional-grade access methods to safely reach difficult sections of glass while maintaining a clean and controlled work environment throughout the project.

The large skylight systems and tall curtain wall windows presented unique challenges involving sunlight exposure, interior reflections, and access limitations around structural beams and architectural features. SKYPOLE’s experienced technicians were able to safely navigate these conditions while delivering detailed, streak-free results across all accessible glass surfaces.

The completed project significantly improved the natural light and overall appearance of the atrium and entrance areas, helping maintain the clean, modern presentation expected in a premier commercial retail environment.
