What we completed: Full exterior window cleaning for all office-front glass at this multi-tenant commercial property.
What happens at this building: • Home to a major freight forwarding and transportation operation, with busy loading docks, truck traffic, and warehouse logistics 24/7, resulting in heavy dust and exhaust buildup on the building’s windows and curtain walls. • Also serves as the Canadian headquarters for TSC (The Shopping Channel)—a nationally broadcast shopping network—featuring production studios, offices, and customer-facing storefronts. How we tackled it:
- Deployed our water‑fed pole system to safely reach elevated glass without ladders.
- Used purified water and glass-safe solution to effectively strip away dust, mineral film, and exhaust residue.
- Provided targeted cleanup on studio-facing windows and the entrance area for TSC to enhance visibility and presentation.
Challenges overcome: Frequent truck movements required precise coordination to keep pathways clear and safe. Additionally, studio-grade windows needed delicate hand-wiping to remove subtle smudges without streaking. Results:
- Studio windows now reflect light beautifully for broadcast needs.
- Office and storefront glass is crystal-clear, enhancing professionalism for both tenants and visitors.
- Improved natural light inside the building and a sharper external image that aligns with TSC’s brand.
